There is no fee to start marketing your property through The Bed and Breakfast Club.
We handle all enquiries and bookings and process payments on your behalf. We always check an enquiry with you first to ensure your availability and that you are happy to accept the booking.
As a first step to becoming a host home, we would like to see some photographs of your home. These do not need to be of high-quality but should include an external image as well as photographs of the guest bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). If we judge your home to be just the kind of home we like, we will arrange a visit to come and meet you and to view your property in person. This visit should last approximately 1 hour, and – unlike most other agents – we do not charge for this visit and do not expect an overnight stay.
For the purpose of a home visit it would be helpful if your home is presented in the manner appropriate for welcoming guests. We will give you a full and honest appraisal of the suitability of your home, discuss guide prices with you and give you more information about what our guests expect when staying at a property.
