Accommodation and Booking Conditions
The Bed and Breakfast Club does not itself provide (or control those who provide) the accommodation, but acts as a booking agent for the host. The contract for accommodation is between the guest(s) and the host.
Neither The Bed and Breakfast Club nor the host (such expression in these conditions to include any member of the host’s family) shall be liable to the guest(s) for any loss or damage caused to or suffered by the guest(s) or the guest(s) personal belongings, luggage, money or other property howsoever caused; nor for any loss to the guest(s) arising out of the unavoidable cancellation or variation of the intended accommodation or related facilities and services.
In no event shall The Bed and Breakfast Club or the host be liable for any economic or consequential loss in respect to any claim against either The Bed and Breakfast Club or the host in respect to death or personal injury arising from circumstances beyond the control of either of them.
The Bed and Breakfast Club reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation of a similar standard to that indicated in the email of confirmation. This is unlikely to occur except in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Any dispute arising out of the agreement for provision of accommodation shall be governed by and subject to English Law and jurisdiction.
